Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
Customers can cancel their order any time before it is shipped. A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may still initiate a return after delivery (see Return Policy).
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with tags and accessories
Not part of non-returnable categories (e.g., Books, any kind of art items, customized products)
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
